Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the Republic of Ireland only. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to Northern Ireland at this time.

Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners to ensure your Hereford Beef Box arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Schedule:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure your Hereford Beef Box arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

Delivery Timeframe:

 Standard Delivery: Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 24-36 hours to addresses within the Republic of Ireland.

 Orders placed by 00:00 on Wednesday morning will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

 Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery to avoid any delays or issues with perishable items.

 Adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address within the Republic of Ireland.

Packaging:

To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our Hereford beef, all contents are carefully packaged and frozen before shipping. We use insulated packaging and ice to maintain the appropriate temperature during transit.

Delivery Instructions:

Please provide accurate delivery details, including any specific instructions or access codes required for delivery. Ensure someone is available to accept the delivery to avoid any delays or issues with perishable items.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your Hereford Beef Box.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may only be possible if your order has not yet been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
